Crochet Filet Triangle Pattern

Pattern Name: Triangle en Filet
Year: 1919
Publisher: French (not stated)

This is a wonderfully simple corner piece for decorating napkins, placemats, tablecloths or handkerchiefs. I made 4 of these in size 20 crochet cotton thread with a size 10 (1.15mm) steel hook. It took less than 3/4 of 1 skein. They came out great, albeit not entirely the same size due to tension.

Tip: Don’t work on multiple crochet projects with various thread sizes when you want symmetry in one of the projects. Best to do these all at once. C’est la vie!
